Returns and Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To receive a refund or credit, in part or in full, or exchange for items purchased at Wide World of Wines, customers should return to our store with the purchased item(s) and either bring physically, e-mail, or fax the original receipt. For both returns and cancellations, if the product is in the original condition at the time of purchase, Wide World of Wines will refund the purchase price via the same method as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made using cash, check, money order, or wire transfer, a check will be made out to the original purchaser within 45 days of being notified and approved. If the product has been opened and the customer believes it has gone bad or was not in sellable condition at the time of purchase, a refund or exchange can be made as long as it is brought in a timely manner and some of the product remains for sampling before obtaining owner and/or manager approval for a refund. All returns, refunds, credits, exchanges, and cancellations, in part or in whole, may be subject to local sales tax. All returns, refunds, credits, and exchanges cannot exceed the original value of the initial purchased item(s) e.g. an item was on sale and the sale has lapsed. All returns, refunds, credits, exchanges, and cancellations of product for items that have not been opened must be in the original condition at the original time of purchase and in sellable state deemed by Wide World of Wines or cannot be accepted. Wide World of Wines cannot accept any returns after 6 months of the original purchase date.

Any cancellations must be made within 14 days of the original date of sale in order to receive a refund or credit for the items. You may request a cancellation via e-mail at info@wideworldofwines.com or via post to Wide World of Wines 2201 Wisconsin Ave NW Washington, DC 20009. Please remember to attach a copy of your invoice and/or reference your order number in this instance. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION OF FUTURE ARRIVAL PRODUCTS

Cancellation of Future Arrival products can only be made within 7 days of placing the order. A full refund of the purchase price of the product(s) will be given upon receipt of formal notification in writing of cancellation of the order. Due to the unique nature of Future Arrival products we, unfortunately, cannot cancel any order after this time has lapsed.
